Before the BIM process begins we assist in the creation of the BIM execution plan and shop drawing submittal schedule to ensure that materials arrive on site when needed.

BIM Execution Plan (BXP)
The BIM process starts with an execution plan, often referred to as a BXP. This plan outlines all the procedural and substantive activities to prepare and use for modeling over the entire project life cycle.

Design team and trade partner's files are received and compiled into Navisworks Manage. Model selection sets are created, colors formats are implemented and clash detection tests are created.

Coordination Meetings
Model review is performed prior to the meeting. Clashes are grouped by trade in Navisworks Manage prior to the meeting and a running list of color coded action items are distributed after each meeting with the federated model.
